Delete your account

Permanently remove your Rithim account and all associated data. You can also do this directly in the app under Settings.

⚠️ Warning: This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once processed, your data cannot be recovered.

What gets deleted

Submitting this request will permanently erase:

Your profile, username, email address, and profile picture.
All workout logs, sets, reps, weights, and personal records.
All saved routines and custom exercises.
Your social data — follows, followers, kudos, and comments.
Push notification tokens and device identifiers.

Deletion is completed within 30 days of your request, in line with UK GDPR requirements. You will receive a confirmation email when your account has been permanently deleted.
