By downloading, creating an account for, or using the Rithim application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Rithim. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Rithim. If you are between 13 and 17, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the App. By using Rithim, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:
Important: Rithim is a workout tracking tool and is not a medical or healthcare provider. Nothing in the App constitutes medical advice. The exercise library, routine guidance, and workout logs are provided for informational and tracking purposes only. You should consult a qualified doctor or medical professional before starting any new exercise programme. You participate in all physical activities at your own risk.
You retain full ownership of any workout logs, routines, comments, profile information, and other content you create or upload to Rithim ("User Content").
By posting User Content, you grant Rithim a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, and share that content solely to operate the App and its features, and in accordance with your privacy settings. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account.
You are solely responsible for the User Content you post. You warrant that your content does not infringe any third-party rights and complies with these Terms.
You agree not to use Rithim to:
The Rithim name, logo, app design, exercise database, codebase, and all related materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Rithim and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you other than this limited licence to use the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or if continued access poses a risk to other users or the App.
You may delete your account at any time via the in-app settings or our account deletion page. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently erased within 30 days as described in our Privacy Notice.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or that any content in the exercise library is accurate or up to date.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rithim and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to:
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Rithim may integrate with or link to third-party services (such as Apple Health, Google Fit, or social sharing platforms). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of Rithim are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. We encourage you to contact us first at [email protected] and we will endeavour to resolve any issues directly.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will provide notice via the App or by email to the address on your account at least 14 days before the changes take effect. If you continue to use Rithim after changes take effect, you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you may close your account before the effective date.
